Scheduling
All services are scheduled within our standard business hours.
Clients requiring services outside of business hours, such as during vacations or special
circumstances, may submit a request for consideration. However, approval is not guaranteed and requests may be denied based on availability or staffing limitations.
Surcharges
Cancellation Policy
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $5 surcharge
Last Minute Service Request Policy
– Last-minute requests made 3 hours or less before the scheduled time will incur a $5 surcharge
Late Payment Fee Policy
– Late payments will incur a $5 surcharge per day
